The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of delicious dishes. The room was very spacious, with a private garden and a separate comfortable bedroom.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. the property is welcoming, clean, and very well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, being in a quiet area close to the city center. It is very convenient for ski enthusiasts, as it is only a 3-minute drive from the ski resort's lift.

This place is peaceful and relaxing, with great services for travelers, offering unique and stylish rooms with beautiful views of a lake and Mt. Fuji.

The hotel is in a great location surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, a big supermarket, and near the main train station. the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a wake-up service is available. Guests can expect excellent service and convenient nearby parking.

This hotel is definitely worth checking out! It's conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around. the rooms are cool and different, plus they come with soft feather pillows for a good night's sleep. 🌟

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the stunning views of Mount Fuji and the relaxing onsen experience. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the mountain, especially when we saw it from the hotel's dining window. It was truly breathtaking. The onsen was so soothing and private, with high wooden walls that provided a sense of tranquility. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.

The worst aspects of our stay were the limited breakfast options and uncomfortable beds. We were not morning people and were disappointed that we couldn't have a later breakfast or even skip it if we wanted to.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji from the comfort of your room. You can also easily access the cable cars for an even closer view of the mountain. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and Lake Kawaguchi for a relaxing lakeside stroll. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style. The service is impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast, a delicious Japanese Kaiseki cuisine, is a highlight of the stay. The facilities, including a private onsen and a private garden, add to the luxurious experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise from outside. There have been some instances where guests mentioned traffic noise or disruption caused by boy racers revving their engines nearby.

The location was peaceful and comfy, for example, a nostalgic museum was relatively close to the hotel. Our room, including a luxurious bathroom, was stylish, and modern. A shower, hair dryers and a bidet was a plus.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.
